State Emergency Services received nearly 600 emergency reports across the state, primarily for property damage but also for downed trees and water accumulation.

Weather Forecast
Humid circumstances were expected to linger along much of Queensland's east this next several days as a low-pressure trough continued to pull in damp air against the coastal areas.
The following day was forecast to be the most rainy day, with ongoing storm activity predicted across various areas of both areas.

Public health experts alerted that there was an greater possibility of weather-related respiratory issues across the state's northern country region, particularly given the existing atmospheric conditions.
