Tehran is willing to resume atomic negotiations with the United States on condition that it is treated with "dignity" and "respect", Iran's foreign minister has declared.

The Iranian diplomat stated exclusively dialogue worked, and revealed recent overtures had come from mediators to reopen talks with the Trump administration. He asserted Iran possessed no undeclared nuclear sites, and Tehran was not yet able to allow the global atomic watchdog to access attacked atomic facilities for security reasons.

Navigating a Complex Route

Araghchi is walking a difficult course since Iran wishes not to be seen to be acting from a situation of vulnerability, and he emphatically stated that Iran had arisen more powerful militarily and psychologically from the Israeli-US attack on its enrichment centers in June.

The Iranian people have developed more powerful, more cohesive, and more endorsing of the administration and the country in the face of this assault."
